Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: PikloBuzz covers the return shipping cost in full. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping expenses.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refund options & processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, you can choose:
